Work out the figures Article 9 of the Pay Transparency Directive asks for, from your own roster, in your browser. No account, no upload, no email address.
Your pay data never leaves this device. The file is read and the arithmetic runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, stored or logged, and there is no server here to send it to. Close the tab and it is gone.

How this is calculated
This runs the same engine as the product. Pay is normalised to a full-time equivalent before averaging, so part-time work is compared at the full-time rate. The gap is men's average minus women's average, divided by men's average. Workers recorded as other or not stated are counted in headcount but excluded from the binary comparison the directive defines. An average drawn from fewer than three workers of one sex is withheld.
This tool gives you the arithmetic of Article 9 on the data you provide. It is not legal advice, and it does not know how your member state transposed the directive: thresholds, deadlines and the definition of a category of workers vary by national law.
